Science Fair Exhibits

Many of our students participated in the Science Fair
sponsored by South Georgia College in Douglas, Georgia.
The students spent months conducting experiments,
gathering data, researching topics, and compiling their reports
for the actual science fair which was held in March.

Three Wacona students won top honors.
Kelsey won Second Place in the science fair for her
experiment on fuel economy.
Mac and Andy won an Honorable Mention for their
experiment on paper airplanes.
Many of our students brought home blue ribbons.
Many others brought home red, yellow, and white ribbons.

Special thanks to Mrs. Eyles and the third grade teachers
for all their hard work and guidance given to the students.
